Affiliate Terms of Use

As an authorized affiliate (Affiliate) of RapidStock, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement (Agreement). Please read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting RapidStock as an Affiliate.
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on memberships and products purchased by individuals referred to RapidStock by your own website or personal referrals.
By signing up for the RapidStock Affiliate Program (Program), you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions.
Approval or Rejection of the Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.
Commissions
Commissions will be paid once a month. For an Affiliate to receive a commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 31 days.
You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts.
Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Termination
Your affiliate application and status in the Program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
- Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks, etc.).
- Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc.).
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities.
- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for any promotion that qualifies as an endorsement under existing Federal Trade Commission guidelines and regulations, or any applicable state laws.
- Violation of intellectual property rights. RapidStock reserves the right to require license agreements from those who employ trademarks of RapidStock in order to protect our intellectual property rights.
- Offering rebates, coupons, or other form of promised kick-backs from your affiliate commission as an incentive. Adding bonuses or bundling other products with RapidStock, however, is acceptable.
- Self referrals, fraudulent transactions, suspected Affiliate fraud.
- Advertising on sites that offer or promote inappropriate content such as:
- Dangerous or derogatory content
- Content that incites hatred against, promotes discrimination of, or disparages an individual or group on the basis of their race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalization. Content promoting hate groups or hate group paraphernalia; content that encourages others to believe that a person or group is inhuman, inferior, or worthy of being hated
- Content that harasses, intimidates, or bullies an individual or group of individuals. Content that singles out someone for abuse or harassment; content that suggests a tragic event did not happen, or that victims or their families are actors, or complicit in a cover-up of the event; content that shares personally identifiable information that promotes financial fraud, identity theft, harmful direct contact, or harassment.
- Content that threatens or advocates for physical or mental harm on oneself or others. Content advocating suicide, anorexia, or other self-harm; threatening someone with real-life harm or calling for the attack of another person; promoting, glorifying, or condoning violence against others; content made by or in support of terrorist groups, or transnational drug trafficking organizations, or content that promotes terrorist acts, including recruitment, or that celebrates attacks by transnational drug trafficking or terrorist organizations.
- Content that seeks to exploit others such as extortion, blackmail, soliciting or promoting dowries, exploitative removals
- Sexually explicit content
- Text, image, audio, or video of graphic sexual acts intended to arouse
- Examples (non-exhaustive): Hardcore pornography; sex acts such as genital, anal, and oral sex; masturbation; cartoon porn or hentai
- Content promoting underage, non-consensual, or other illegal sexual themes, whether simulated or real
- Examples (non-exhaustive): Rape, incest, bestiality, necrophilia, lolita or teen-themed pornography, underage dating
- Content promoting the creation or distribution of synthetic content that has been altered or generated to be sexually explicit or contain nudity as described above.
- Examples (non-exhaustive): sites or apps that claim to generate deepfake pornography, instructions on how to create deepfake pornography, endorsing or comparing deepfake pornography services
- Compensated sexual acts
- Content that may be interpreted as promoting a sexual act in exchange for compensation
- Examples (non-exhaustive): Prostitution, companionship and escort services, intimate massage and similar services, cuddling sites; compensated dating or sexual arrangements where one participant is expected to provide money, gifts, financial support, mentorship or other valuable benefits to another participant such as ‘Sugar’ dating
- Child sexual abuse imagery
- Content promoting the sexual exploitation of minors
- Mail order brides
- Content promoting marriage to a foreigner
- Examples (non-exhaustive): Mail-order brides, international marriage brokers, romance tours
- Adult themes in family content
- Content that is made to appear appropriate for a family audience but contains adult themes, including sex, violence, vulgarity, or other depictions of children or popular children’s characters, that are unsuitable for a general audience
- Shocking content
- Promotions containing violent language, gruesome or disgusting imagery, or graphic images or accounts of physical trauma
- Examples (non-exhaustive): Crime scene or accident photos, execution videos
- Promotions containing gratuitous portrayals of bodily fluids or waste
- Examples (non-exhaustive): Blood, guts, gore, sexual fluids, human or animal waste
- Promotions containing obscene or profane language
- Examples (non-exhaustive): Swear or curse words, slurs relating to race or sexuality, variations and misspellings of profane language
- Promotions that are likely to shock or scare
- Examples (non-exhaustive): Promotions that suggest you may be in danger, be infected with a disease, or be the victim of a conspiracy
- Sensitive events
- A “Sensitive Event” is an unforeseen event or development that creates significant risk to RapidStock’s ability to provide high quality, relevant information and ground truth, and reduce insensitive or exploitative content in prominent and monetized features. During a Sensitive Event, we may take a variety of actions to address these risks.
- Examples of Sensitive Events include events with significant social, cultural, or political impact, such as civil emergencies, natural disasters, public health emergencies, terrorism and related activities, conflict, or mass acts of violence.
- Examples of what we prohibit (non-exhaustive):
- Products or services that exploit, dismiss, or condone the Sensitive Event, including price gouging or artificially inflating prices that prohibits/restricts access to vital supplies; sale of products or services which may be insufficient for the demand during a sensitive event
- Using keywords related to a sensitive event to attempt to drive additional traffic
- Claims that victims of a sensitive event were responsible for their own tragedy or similar instances of victim blaming; claims that victims of a sensitive event are not deserving of remedy or support; claims that victims from certain countries were responsible or deserving of a global public health crisis
- Animal cruelty
- Content that promotes cruelty or gratuitous violence towards animals
- Hacked political materials
- Ads that directly facilitate or advertise access to hacked material related to political entities. This applies to all protected material that was obtained through the unauthorized intrusion or access of a computer, computer network, or personal electronic device, even if distributed by a third party.
- Examples (non-exhaustive): Advertising access to hacked content (“See all of the leaked emails right now!”, “The President’s text messages were hacked! Access them now!”); linking to hacked content (“View our database of hacked documents from the President’s campaign.”, “Foreign agents hacked into his computer, take a look at the real documents.”)
- Note that discussion of or commentary on hacked political materials is allowed, provided that the ad or landing page does not provide or facilitate direct access to those materials.
- Dangerous or derogatory content
In addition to the foregoing, RapidStock reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account at any time, for any violations of this Agreement or no reason.
Affiliate Links
You may use graphic and text links both on your website and within in your email messages. You may also advertise the RapidStock site in online and offline classified ads, magazines, and newspapers.
You may use the graphics and text provided by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions and not in violation as outlined in the Termination section.
Coupon and Deal Sites
RapidStock occasionally offers coupon to select affiliates and to our newsletter subscribers. If you’re not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then you’re not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:
- Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons or images to imply that anything besides currently authorized deals to the specific affiliate.
- Affiliates may not bid on RapidStock Coupons, RapidStock Discounts or other phrases implying coupons are available.
- Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other seen or unseen actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific savings by clicking on a clearly marked link, button or image for that particular coupon or deal. Your link must send the visitor to the merchant site.
- User must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e. “click here to see coupons and open a window to merchant site” is NOT allowed).
- Affiliate sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation, when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be removed from the program immediately.
Pay Per Click (PPC) Policy
PPC bidding is NOT allowed without prior written permission.
Liability
RapidStock will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the Program and/or to our website(s).
We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by RapidStock. We make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
Term of the Agreement
The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.
The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
Indemnification
Affiliate shall indemnify and hold harmless RapidStock and its affiliate and subsidiary companies, officers, directors, employees, licensees, successors and assigns, including those licensed or authorized by RapidStock to transmit and distribute materials, from any and all liabilities, damages, fines, judgments, claims, costs, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and costs) arising out of or related to any and all claims sustained in connection with this Agreement due to the negligence, misrepresentation, failure to disclose, or intentional misconduct of Affiliate.
Electronic Signatures Effective
The Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your participation in the RapidStock affiliate program. You indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or referenced in this Agreement by completing the RapidStock application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.
